FAQ
Who are your courses designed for?
Working technicians and mechanics looking to upskill with hands-on, practical training. Hi-Bolt courses are built for people already working in the industry - not students or hobbyists.
Do I need experience to attend?
It depends on the course. Most Hi-Bolt courses are designed for working technicians with basic hands-on workshop experience. The EV & Hybrid course requires no prior EV knowledge - it starts from the ground up. Wheel Alignment Stage Two requires existing hands-on alignment experience. We recommend completing Stage One first if you're new to alignment.
How long is the course?
One full day - 8.5 hours of hands-on wheel alignment training. Starting at 8:30am.
What's included in the $775 fee?
Everything. All course materials, refreshments and professional facilitation by Bosch. No hidden extras.
How many people are in each session?
Small groups of approximately 10–12 participants - so every tech gets real hands-on time with the equipment and facilitator. No large classrooms.
Is this course accredited?
Some courses are. The EV & Hybrid Vehicle Systems course is nationally accredited — participants who successfully complete it receive a Statement of Attainment for AURETH011 and AURETH101, recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). Wheel Alignment courses are not currently accredited but deliver practical, industry-recognised skills you can apply immediately back in the workshop. More accredited courses are in development.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund available up to 7 days before the event. Contact us directly after that to discuss your options.
What should I bring?
Wear your usual workshop gear. Steel cap boots and appropriate PPE are required. Everything else is provided on the day.
Can I book for my whole team?
Yes. Group bookings available - contact us directly to lock in spots for your workshop.
